We only ask you for the basic information required to contact us and to generate a training contract. Filling out the form does not oblige you to conclude a contract with the University of Social Sciences.

The contact will be via e-mail and / or by phone. During the conversation, you will be able to dispel all doubts, we will answer all your questions. You will receive a draft contract and the most important additional information at the e-mail address provided.

After receiving the contract, please sign it and deliver it to the Student Service Center. We accept clear scans sent to our e-mail address mba@uns.lodz.pl or paper form delivered in person or by mail to the following address:

Additionally, along with the contract, please provide:

• a copy of a university graduation certificate (bachelor’s, master’s, engineering or equivalent) – certified as true copies of the original: notarized or in the presence of our employee
• confirmation of professional experience in the form of a CV
• a signed GDPR questionnaire that you will receive from us together with the contract
• confirmation of payment in the amount of 150 USD (the registration fee is returned only if the candidate is rejected by the University)
